Using the site

You may browse and use the site for personal and business purposes. Please don’t misuse it — for example by attempting to break its security, overload it, scrape it at scale or use it for anything unlawful.

Accounts

Accounts are optional and use Sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Reviews and messages

• Reviews must reflect your genuine experience with the product and must not be paid for or incentivised.
• No spam, hate, harassment, personal data of others, or illegal content.
• Reviews are moderated, and we may decline or remove any review that breaks these rules.
• By posting a review you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on nowstacks.com and in related marketing, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

Our products and third-party services

Links to NowStacks apps lead to their own websites or to Google Play, which are governed by their own terms. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

Intellectual property

The NowStacks name, logo, product names and site content are owned by NowStacks or its licensors. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement without our permission.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep information accurate, but we don’t guarantee it is complete or always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the effective date above when we do.
