NowTycoon Privacy Policy

Last updated October 29, 2026

In short: NowTycoon is free and supported by bonus videos from Google AdMob that you choose to watch; nothing plays on its own and there are no banner or full-screen ads. It has no analytics, accounts or in-app purchases, and your game progress stays on your phone. The game plays offline; it uses the internet only to load the bonus videos and to reach nowstacks.com, to check for updates and to send feedback or crash reports when you choose to.

NowTycoon (package com.nowstacks.nowtycoon, "the app"), an idle tycoon clicker game, is published by NowStacks (nowstacks.com; "we", "us") and developed for us by our development partner, Gemini Digital Solutions. This policy explains how the app handles information.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect your name, location, contacts or any game data. We receive information only in the situations described in section 4 — an automatic update check, and feedback or crash reports that you choose to send. Bonus videos are served by Google AdMob, which collects some device information as described in section 3; we receive only aggregated ad reports (such as how many videos were watched and what they earned), never information about you. The app does not use any analytics service.

2. Information stored on your device

The app saves a small amount of data on your phone so you can carry on where you left off:

  • your game progress: cash, your job, the businesses you own with their levels and managers, the assets you have bought, active boosts, Legacy Points, achievements, the daily-reward streak, when the free gift and the daily spin are next available, how many bonus videos of each kind you watched today, and statistics such as total taps and time played,
  • game settings (sound, vibration, reminders) and your crash-report choice,
  • your ad privacy choices, saved by Google's consent tool where the law requires asking (section 3), so you are not asked every time,
  • your update and rating-prompt choices, and — only until they are sent or you decline — up to five crash reports waiting to be sent (section 4).

This data never leaves your device except as described in sections 3 and 4, and is not accessible to us. Apart from pending crash reports, it may be included in your phone's own Android backup if you have backups turned on. It is deleted when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app is free and supported by rewarded videos served by Google AdMob. There are no banner ads and no ads that interrupt the game. A gold button with a play sign offers an in-game reward for watching a short video: a salary or business boost, double offline earnings, finishing a business cycle, an extra Lucky Spin, a random event's bonus, or the free gift. Nothing plays unless you tap such a button, and every reward is in-game money or an in-game boost with no real-world value.

Videos are loaded only while your phone is online; the game keeps working without them. When videos are loaded, Google may automatically collect and use:

  • your device's advertising ID, app set ID and other device identifiers,
  • your IP address, from which an approximate location (such as your city or country) may be derived,
  • information about the ads you see and tap, and how the app is used around them (such as app launches and taps),
  • diagnostic information, such as app performance and crash data related to ads.

Google uses this information to show, personalise and measure ads, for analytics, and to prevent fraud and abuse. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy. We never pass your game progress, feedback or crash reports to the ads service.

Your choices:

  • EEA, UK and Switzerland: the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google's certified consent message. If you do not consent, Google may still show non-personalised or limited ads. You can change your choice at any time in the app (Profile → About → Ad privacy choices).
  • US states with privacy laws: where the law gives you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising, the app offers that choice in Profile → About → Ad privacy choices.
  • Everywhere: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your phone's settings (usually Settings → Privacy → Ads or Settings → Google → Ads), and manage Google's ad personalisation at My Ad Center.

Ad content is limited to material suitable for a general audience.

4. Update checks, feedback and crash reports

The app connects to nowstacks.com, our own server, only for these features:

  • Update check — when you open the app, it asks nowstacks.com whether a newer version is available, so it can tell you when an update is recommended or required. The request contains only the app's package name and version and, like any internet request, your IP address.
  • Feedback and ratings — only if you choose to send feedback (Rate & feedback or Report a problem). We receive your star rating, your message and, only if you type it, your email address, together with the app version, Android version, device model and language.
  • Crash reports — if the app closes unexpectedly, it asks you before sending a crash report, unless you chose to send them automatically (you can change this choice in the app's settings). A report contains the technical error details, the app version, Android version, device model, language and any comment you add. It does not include your documents, files, photos, game data or other personal content — although, rarely, a technical error message can quote a small piece of the data the app was handling when the error happened.

We use this information only to reply to you, fix problems and improve the app. It is stored securely on nowstacks.com's infrastructure (our database and hosting providers process it on our behalf), is never sold, and is never shared with advertisers or other third parties. A one-way hashed (non-reversible) form of your IP address is stored with feedback and crash reports only to prevent spam. We delete feedback and crash reports when they are no longer needed, and you can ask us to delete anything you sent at any time (see "Contact").

5. Third-party services

The app uses one third-party component: the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), provided by Google together with Google's User Messaging Platform for ad consent, to show the bonus videos (section 3). The app contains no analytics, sign-in or social-media SDKs. Crash reports and feedback go only to our own server, nowstacks.com (section 4).

6. Permissions

  • Internet: loading the bonus videos (section 3), and the update check, feedback and crash reports in section 4. The game itself works without a connection.
  • Notifications (Android 13 and later): only if you turn on Reminders in Settings. The app then schedules two local reminders on your phone — when your offline earnings reach their cap and when your daily spin is ready. Nothing is sent to any server; you can turn them off at any time in the app or in your phone's notification settings.
  • Vibration: haptic feedback when you tap, buy and collect; off in the game's settings.
  • Network state (added by Google's ads library): lets the ads library check whether you are online.
  • Advertising ID and Android ad services (added by Google's ads library): used by Google AdMob as described in section 3.
  • Wake lock and foreground service (added by Google's ads library): let the ads library finish short background tasks; they are never used to access your game data.

To limit how your device information is used for ads, use the choices in section 3.

7. Children

The game is made for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13; ads are limited to content suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; the only information the app sends us is described in section 4, and a child should not type an email address into the feedback form without a parent's help. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights and deleting your data

Your game progress and settings stay on your device under your control. For advertising data held by Google, use the choices in section 3 (Profile → About → Ad privacy choices, your phone's ad settings or My Ad Center). To access feedback or crash reports you sent us, or for any privacy request or question under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, India's DPDP Act or any other law, contact us.

Delete NowTycoon data on your phone: clear the app's data (your phone's Settings → Apps → NowTycoon → Storage → Clear storage) or uninstall the app. This deletes your game progress, settings, saved ad privacy choices and any crash reports waiting to be sent. If your phone's Android backup includes the app, you can delete that copy in your Google account's backup settings.

Ask NowStacks to delete data you sent us. We don't keep user accounts, so:

  1. Email gauravkr2506@gmail.com or use the contact form with the subject "NowTycoon data deletion".
  2. Include the email address you typed in the feedback form, if you gave one. If you didn't, tell us roughly when you sent the feedback or crash report and what it said, so we can find it — it is not linked to your name or your device.
  3. We delete it within 70 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted: your feedback (message, star rating and email address), your crash reports (error details and any comment you added), and the app version, Android version, device model, language and hashed IP address stored with them. What is kept: none of it — copies in our database provider's automatic short-term backups are removed when those backups expire. The update check stores no personal data.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
