These terms apply to the NowTycoon Android app ("the app"), published by NowStacks (nowstacks.com; "we", "us") and developed by Gemini Digital Solutions. By installing or using the app you agree to them.
1. Using the app
The app is free for personal entertainment and is supported by bonus videos you choose to watch. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on devices you own or control. Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app except where the law allows it.
2. Game money and rewards
Cash, salaries, business income, boosts, Legacy Points, assets, achievements, the Lucky Spin, the daily reward, the free gift and bonus-video rewards exist only inside the game. They have no money value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or withdrawn, and the app has no in-app purchases, betting or gambling. Game progress is stored only on your device, so it can be lost if you clear the app's data, uninstall the app or change phones without a backup; we cannot restore it. The game also ignores taps above a fair rate, so automated tapping tools do not earn more.
3. Advertising
The bonus videos are served by Google AdMob, which is provided by Google and subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy. Products and services shown in ads are offered by the advertisers, not by us; we do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content or for anything you buy from an advertiser. Do not click ads in a misleading or automated way. A bonus video is offered only when one is available, each offer may have a cooldown and a daily limit, and its reward is given once the video has been watched; we cannot guarantee that one is always available.
4. Updates
The app checks nowstacks.com for new versions. Occasionally an update may be required to keep using the app, for example to fix a serious problem; the app will tell you when that happens.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, rebalance, change or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continuing to use the app means you accept it.
